Josh is a second year Master's Student in the Energy Graduate Group with a focus in energy science and technology. He holds a B.S in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Sacramento and currently serves as a Graduate Student Assistant at the Engineering Student Design Center while working on his thesis with the Energy Research Laboratory.

Josh has strong foundations in energy science, project management, and multi-disciplinary collaboration, and is highly motivated to apply these skills to advancing sustainable and climate adaptive energy solutions for rural and disaster-prone communities.
