Avery Williamson

Avery Williamson is a third-year undergraduate pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. At PIET, she currently works on academic program development for the new Engineering Student Design Center and Engineering Design Ecosystem. Additionally, she serves as a research assistant for D-Lab Pro courses and global affairs. Her current professional interests include interdisciplinary research in the fields of biomedical and environmental engineering with a focus on sustainability, which she explores as a Mechanical Research Lead for the UCDavis Bio-Innovation Group. She also works with the intersection between engineering technology and the arts as a student electrician and designer for the Department of Theatre and Dance.
